perceive it everywhere
all comes out of it
all is made of it

through the mind: light
through the heart: love

existence is its own definition

Pythagoras: numbers 3

  1. God
  2. Logos
  3. Beginning: creation

belief  in duality holds ego together

becoming a complete human being
an organ through which
universe can experience itself fully

complete human being
the way the universe experiences itself

make the eye

give the world
an experience of
the whole universe is behind you and you are
like a window through which it sees

not to free ourselves
from suffering
but become the window
through which it sees

  1. Bobbi Lurie’s poem carries the reader (me) into the depths of being…about as close to Buddhist view as one can come. Her last stanza seems to negate the Buddhist view of relief from suffering…but in its wisdom suggests, not only no resistance, but a profound vision: a way to connect with all who suffer. Beautiful!
